Every piece in the store is sold as a digital file: the full-resolution original, with a licence certificate in your name. You choose the licence per piece at checkout. Here is exactly what each one allows.
Neither licence allows
- Reselling, sharing or giving away the file itself, or putting it in a template, stock library or asset pack.
- Claiming the work as your own, or using it in a logo or trademark.
- Training AI models on it, or using it to make look-alike work.
- Anything unlawful, defamatory or hateful.
Personal-only pieces
A few pieces feature characters, brands or real people that belong to someone else — the cartoon redraws, the celebrity and car posters, and some pop-art posters. Those are sold with a personal licence only, because a commercial licence for someone else’s intellectual property or likeness isn’t mine to give. The store marks them.
How ordering works
- Add pieces to your cart and pick a licence for each.
- Place the order with your name and email — nothing is charged yet.
- Pay the invoice you receive by email, by UPI or bank transfer. A GST invoice is available if you add your GSTIN.
- Get your files: the full-resolution originals and a licence certificate listing each piece and its licence.
Prices
Copyright, refunds, custom terms
You’re buying a licence to use the work, not the copyright — that stays with K. Mangalam. Because the files are digital, sales are final once the files have been sent; if a file is faulty it will be replaced. For exclusive rights, a buyout, or a use these terms don’t cover, get in touch.
